Dr. Lynn Luna Jones is an FAA-approved HIMS psychologist in Northeastern Ohio. She has conducted psychological evaluations for the courts and for safety-sensitive positions, like pilots, for the past 20 years. She is also board certified in forensic psychology. As a result, she understands the importance of having a thorough and defensible FAA psychological evaluation, submitted in a timely manner. Dr. Luna Jones has received specialized training by the FAA, particularly on administration of the CogScreen-AE and she is able to provide the following evaluations for pilots:
- Psychological evaluations, including fitness for duty
- ADHD Fast Track evaluations
- SSRI initial evaluations with CogScreen-AE
- HIV follow-up evaluations with CogScreen-AE
- Tier 2 evaluations for air traffic controllers
All of these evaluations can be conducted in person, in either our Chagrin Falls or Hudson office locations. However, the ADHD Fast Track evaluations have now been approved by the FAA to be administered remotely. Therefore, this type of evaluation can be offered as a telebehavioral health service where the pilot would not necessarily need to present themselves in person. In addition, she has conducted hundreds of fitness for duty evaluations for police officers, firefighters, dispatchers, and other safety sensitive personnel.
