Obtaining your records request is quite simple. We will respond to any requests for records within 5 business days. There is no fee associated with any records to be released electronically. However, we will only release records electronically if the recipient has a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure confidentiality.
For records that are to be printed, the following fee schedule applies:
- $10 for the first 10 pages
- 50 cents for each page thereafter
